Relaxation/Therapeutic Massage
This therapeutic massage will relieve stress, ease muscle tension and stimulate blood circulation, to induce deep relaxation and overall well-being. I will customize this therapeutic massage to suit your individual preferences. Relax with this delightful combination of Swedish, connective tissue techniques. Flowing strokes help relax muscles and calm the nervous system, while techniques such as gentle squeezing, compression, and tapping target specific muscles.
60 minutes ($65.00)
90 minutes ($85.00)
Deep Tissue Massage
Add $15.00 to the massage
Hot Stone Massage
Soothing heated basalt stones of varying sizes are placed on key points on your body to stimulate the flow of healing energies, and then used for a full-body massage to deeply penetrate and loosen your muscles, gently melting away tension and fatigue.
60 minutes ($75.00)
90 minutes ($100.00)
Mother-To-Be Massage
I do the little things to delight my clients, including those expecting little ones! This traditional Swedish massage uses side-lying techniques and lots of supporting pillows. I will pay special attention to your legs and lower back to ease discomfort and improve circulation. I'm bringing lots of pillows!!! (Upon booking, please let me know how far along you are so that we can prepare accordingly.)

Some Good Advice:
After your massage, drink at least 2 large glasses of water to help your body flush out the metabolic waste from your muscle groups.
If sore from deep tissue or trigger point work, apply ice as necessary.
Treat yourself to an 8 hour sleep to allow body to rejuvenate after massage session.
